Each season brings its own magic: in summer, open the windows to the soft sound of the river and let the forest breeze fill the space; in autumn, sip cider on the deck while the hillsides glow with color; in winter, relax in the riverside hot tub as snow falls quietly through the pines. Whether you’re here to write, rest, or reconnect, this retreat offers the perfect mix of solitude and comfort. Just minutes from Johnson village — and within easy reach of Stowe, Smugglers’ Notch, and Jay Peak — it’s both a peaceful sanctuary and a gateway to adventure.
