Inside, this modern tiny home offers a compact kitchen, cozy living space, private deck facing the river, and a comfortable sleeping loft above. High-speed Starlink WiFi keeps you connected when you want to, and when you don’t — it’s just you, the river, and the forest.

You’ll have full private access to the tiny house, deck space and parking (including EV charging on-site). Outdoor amenities (the hot tub, riverfront fire-pit area, and swimming holes) are shared with other units on the property — but your home base is completely yours.
