Spend your days exploring nearby hiking trails, swimming in riverside holes, or simply relaxing in the shared hot tub under Vermont’s star-filled skies. At night, curl up inside the bus and let the propane fireplace keep you warm while the hand-painted exterior sets the tone for an unforgettable adventure.

  • The Space

    Inside, the Magic Bus is cozy and thoughtfully designed for comfort and fun. It sleeps up to four guests with one full bed and a small bunk bed, perfect for children under 10. A propane fireplace keeps the interior warm year-round, and playful Starry Night artwork gives the space a whimsical, storybook feel. While there’s no onboard bathroom, a porta-potty is provided, and from May through October, guests have access to running water and an outdoor shower. The bus is designed for simple, charming glamping — a space where imagination meets the natural beauty of Vermont.

    Guests have full private access to the Magic Bus and its immediate surroundings, with shared access to property amenities including the riverside hot tub, swimming holes, and walking trails across the 10-acre property. The bus sits alongside other unique listings, all with a sense of privacy and space. Families will love the riverfront setting and the proximity to the Smugglers’ Notch Resort trail network, while children enjoy the bunk beds, outdoor adventures, and magical Starry Night surroundings. Porta-potty facilities are available year-round, and running water with an outdoor shower is available seasonally from May through October.
