Guests have access to a shared riverside spa experience with a year-round hot tub, treehouse barrel sauna, and river access for cold plunges.

Guests enjoy access to Elon Musk’s high-speed Starlink WiFi, with reliable Verizon and AT&T cell coverage throughout the property. Johnson village is just 5 minutes away and offers restaurants, convenience stores, and local attractions. Step outside and you’re moments from the river, hot tub, and sauna—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring Vermont.

Historic Johnson Village is 5 minutes away with numerous restaurants, convenience stores, and other attractions. The Lamoille Valley Rail Trail is a popular public trail for cycling, running, walking, and snowmobiling that runs through Johnson and can be accessed less than 5 minutes from the property. Lamoille Valley Bike Tours is located in Johnson and offers bike rentals and guided cycling tours. Butternut Mountain and Sterling Mountain are popular hiking & snowshoeing routes in town.

In addition to the attractions in Johnson, the general area offers many attractions and activities that Vermont is famous for including farm stands, maple sugar shacks, outdoor recreation, and world-class breweries. The Haven is part of Uncommon Accommodations, a shared 14-acre property with several unique rentals. While your tiny house is completely private, amenities including the hot tub, sauna, and river access are shared with other guests and are typically used on a first-come, first-served basis.

The hot tub is open year-round. River access and swimming are at your own risk.
