Your stay also gives you access to the on-site hot tub along the Brewster River just steps away from this apartment. Hot tub is available year round and guests from other units on the property also have access to hot tub.

This is a basement apartment with its own private entrance. The hot tub and riverside barrel sauna are shared amenities with other guests on the property and are available year-round.

Please note that the Notch Road to Stowe closes in winter, making Stowe Mountain Resort approximately one hour away during that season. The bathroom features a clawfoot tub with shower head; there is no stand-up shower.

Quiet hours are observed after 11pm. No parties or unauthorized guests. The property is surrounded by nature, so expect wildlife, flowing river sounds, and a peaceful mountain setting.
