This cozy tiny house is thoughtfully designed for comfort and simplicity. Inside, you’ll find a full kitchen, sleeping loft, comfortable living area, and a private deck overlooking the river—perfect for morning coffee or quiet evenings by the water.

High-speed Starlink WiFi is included, making it easy to work remotely or stream after a day outdoors. Step outside and you’re moments from the river, hot tub, sauna, and firepit, creating an ideal balance of adventure and relaxation in every season.

River access is left of the clump of trees left of the glamping tent - swim at your own risk. The fire pit and BBQ grill in the shared grassy area are for use of any of the units including yours! Rapid electric vehicle charging is available in the upper parking lot by the road. Hot tub is open year-round and available for your use. Please follow posted rules and put cover on after use and leave temperature at 104 degrees. Please let me know if it needs any attention. Hot tub is a shared amenity among all guests on the property, but typically used on a first-come-first-serve basis, so don't feel the need to share it with any other guests.

The hot tub is available year-round. Verizon and AT&T have solid cell coverage throughout the property. Johnson village offers restaurants, shops, and essentials just minutes away, with easy access to hiking, skiing, mountain biking, Stowe, and Smugglers’ Notch.
