The Moss Rock | Mirror Cabin + Spa at Smuggs Notch

The Moss Rock is a luxury mirror cabin for two built into the Vermont landscape. Floor-to-ceiling mirrored glass reflects the forest and mountains, while a private deck wraps around a massive moss-covered boulder just outside your door. Soak in the hot tub, unwind in the barrel sauna, stargaze by the fire, explore trails and the Brewster River, or walk next door for local beer and pizza—all minutes from skiing and hiking at Smugglers’ Notch Resort.

The Moss Rock is compact by design, with every inch thoughtfully planned for a comfortable stay for two.

The sleeping area features a luxury queen mattress with premium bedding. Radiant heated floors run throughout the cabin, complemented by heating and air conditioning for year-round comfort.

The cabin includes a full private bathroom, well-equipped kitchenette, dining space for two and high-speed WiFi. A ceiling-mounted projector transforms the cabin into a cozy private theater.

Floor-to-ceiling mirrored glass creates an immersive connection with the surrounding forest while reflecting the landscape from outside.

The defining feature is just beyond the glass: a massive moss-covered boulder incorporated into the private deck, making the cabin feel built around the landscape rather than simply placed within it.

Dedicated parking is conveniently located nearby, with easy access from The Notch Road route 108.

The Moss Rock and its private deck are exclusively yours during your stay, while the property’s resort-style amenities and grounds are shared with a small number of other guests.
