The Space
This single-level home blends rustic charm with modern comfort. Inside, you’ll find three thoughtfully designed bedrooms — a master with a king bed and workspace, a second bedroom with a full bed, and a third with a roomy full-over-queen bunk and a fold-out twin chair bed. The living room features a luxe leather couch, electric fireplace, and 64" Roku TV for cozy nights in. The full kitchen comes stocked with everything you need to cook and gather, including a gas stove, full-size oven, and dishwasher, with an expandable dining table that seats up to eight. The bathroom includes both a tub and shower for convenience, and laundry is available right in the home. Memory foam mattresses, soft linens, and a peaceful river backdrop make this a restful and rejuvenating escape.

Guest Access
Guests have full access to the entire upper level of the duplex house and several hundred feet of private river frontage, including scenic swimming holes in summer and access to Smugglers’ Notch Resort’s trail network right from the property. The riverside hot tub is shared with other guests on-site and maintained year-round for your enjoyment. The home is just one minute from Smugglers Notch Resort and offers stunning year-round views of the Notch. Please note that the downstairs apartment is separately occupied, and that the Notch Road to Stowe closes during winter months — so while Stowe Mountain Resort is nearby in summer, winter access is via an alternate route (about one hour).
